epatternz.com is a marketplace for apparel-related technical data. Like Apparel Patterns, embroidery, Garment & other

accessories Design sketch, 3D virtual, Tech-pack, and more. epatternz.com will not limit the ideas and creativity of sellers, they

can sell any of their technical skills and their Craft. Without limitation, epattarenz.com encourage sharing more like production

and cutting data in CNC, Laser, and Digital cutting can share the data and the technical drafts, and the nativity software files.

epatternz.com marketplace connects seller and buyer, from the manufacturing & design skilled experience people and country

to buyers from a different digitally gathers a volume of technical knowledge guys as members and promoting their products

in various countries. The idea of epatternz.com is to search the individual identity in technical and skill of their lovable jobs in

4, Do I pay for Listing my Assets?

You will be charged a listing fee of $4 USD (250 Credits) for each item that you list for sale on epatternz.com or added a membership policy that gives more benefits in tenure and prices. Non-member customers will only be charged a listing fee for creating or renewing a listing on epatternz.com, there is no fee for editing a listing. For non-member customers without listings, the account will expire after six months. If you list multiple quantities of the same item, the listing fee will be $4 USD (250 Credits) applicable, If listed assets sell, the membership renewal enables, and ask for your approval. You can read more about fees for multiple listings in this Help article. Listing fees are reflected as credit points $4 USD equals 250 Credits in your payment account and deducted at the time the listing is published or renewed. It's important to note that listing fees are non-refundable.

5, Are any free downloads available?

While listing, epatternz.com allow the seller to give asset free download option minimum 1 or maximum any numbers. This option helps the seller to promote the assets to download more. Same buyers getting the option to get free assets.

6, How do I know my Sales and payouts?

Every Member or non-Member has the option of creating a shop, in their shop page, they have the option to view the entire transaction of sales, payouts, advertisements, and gift card details. Each sale will indicate as an email to the seller.

Once reach the valet, which is (240 Credit points =4$) 100$ will be eligible for the payout process.

7, Does the payout have any timeline?

There is no timeline for the payout process, can get any time if you reach the target of your subscription points or value. 

8, Does epatternz.com allow free registration?

As a seller and buyer, the registration on the marketplace is free. To purchase any asset buyer, need to get registration with their email and password. So that they can review their transaction in their dashboard. Same for Seller need to register as member or Non-Member for Registration is free, but for listing they need to select their desire package.

9, Shall I get any referral bonus for new references?

epatternz.com allow the referral bonus, each referral has the referral bonus, which you can utilize for more listing, advertisement. The referral bonus helps to utilize the epatternz.com service. Below chart help to understand the referral bonus.

10, How promote my assets outside of epatternz.com?

epatternz.com has the advertisement option of social media Marketing, Blog, email letter, and web banner. The seller can utilize the epatternz.com service to utilize any of the advertisement services. Or seller has full rights to promote their shop on their own social media or Blog on their page. Each asset and blog have the option of sharing in social media.

11, Do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?

epatternz.com is a marketplace, that connects buyers with the seller’s creation. Buyers can purchase any assets listed in epatternz.com, there is no provision to communicate with the Seller or Buyer in direct, if any concerns or clarification, the buyer and seller can write a message to support@epatternz.com

12, If I purchase the wrong product, do I get a refund or replacement?

epatternz.com is a marketplace for digital assets of apparel. epatternz.com is not creating any assets. Our sellers across the world create their own assets and uploaded them in the marketplace. Each asset has the title, Thumbnail, and Detailed description on the asset page. So, buyers need to go through their requirements and get to the cart. Epatternz.com is not responsible for your wrong purchase.
